VINELAND – Drew Ryback tossed a three-hitter over six innings (1 BB, 8 K) in his Roughrider debut, leading the team to a 6-1 win
over Vineland Semi Pro. The game remained scoreless until the fourth inning, when the Roughs struck for two runs. Bauer Fichter and Drew Dark both collected fielder choice RBI for a 2-0 lead. A four-run seventh put the game away, highighted by Eric DiDominico's two-run single and an RBI single by Brian Gallante.
The win was a small measure of revenge for the Roughriders, who lost in the Finals to Vineland last summer.
