HADDONFIELD - Rob Oryl hit his first homerun of the season
and Ian Wallace went 3-3 with two RBI to lead the Roughriders to an 8-3 win over Deptford.
Wallace's triple to center scored Dan Severino for the first run and was followed by Jim
Nastasi's RBI groundout making it 2-0 to end the first. Oryl led off the second with a solo
homer to left center as the Roughs built a 7-2 lead after three innings. Starter Mike Cummings
(2-2) won his second straight game, hurling five innings (9 H, 2 ER, 2 BB, 3 K). Ryan Smith
worked the sixth and final frame (0 H, 0 ER 2 K).

LINDENWOLD - The Roughriders erased an early 3-0 deficit by
scoring seven unanswered runs in a 7-3 victory over Hardenberg. Back-to-back doubles by Dan Severino and Ian
Wallace cut the Hardenberg lead to 3-2 in the bottom of the third. Dave Vadurro followed with a two-run
homer to give the Roughs the lead for good. One batter later Mike Cummings hit his first homer
in 2006 to increase the lead to 5-3. Cummings provided insurance in the sixth when he doubled
in Jim Nastasi and Vadurro for a 7-3 lead. Steve Wyland (3 IP, 3 H, 3 ER, 1 K), Dan McKenna
(3 IP, 1 H, 0 ER, 3 K), and Brian Reagle (1 IP, 1 H, 3 K) combined to hold Hardenberg to just
four hits.

HADDON TWP - The Roughs errupted for a combined 16 runs in the
fifth and sixth innings, breaking open a close game and cruising to an 17-1 win. With the game
tied 1-1 in the fifth, Dave Vadurro walked with the bases loaded for a 2-1 lead. Jim Nastasi
followed with an RBI single to center making it 3-1. Two-run singles by Mike Cummings and Brian
Reagle put the game out of reach at 7-1. Cummings capped off his night by hitting a grand slam
in the sixth and finished 3-5 with seven RBI. Rob Schork took a no-hitter into the sixth before
yielding two singles. He finished with a two-hitter and six strikeouts to raise his record
to a team best 4-1.

HADDONFIELD- Ian Wallace hit his team leading third homerun of
the season, a three-run shot, as the Roughriders defeated D'Andrea by a score of 16-3. Leading
3-1 in the second, Wallace connected with Rob Oryl (RBI double) and Mike Carlino (walk) aboard
to make the score 6-1. The Roughs would go on to add three more runs in the inning to build a
9-1 cushion. Starter Dan Severino made the most of the lead, throwing four innings
(4 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, 6 K) to pick up his second win of the season. Wallace finished 2-3 with
six RBI.
