BELLMAWR – The Roughriders battled back from an early 4-0 deficit to tie the game at 5-5 in the sixth, but Sportz Central scored
five times late to take a 10-7 win. Trailing 5-1 in the fifth, Adam Bartholmew doubled in Thomas Gosse (leadoff walk) and Mark DiArenzo (1-3, 2 RS) to cut the lead
to 5-3. Ryan Easterday's RBI single made it 5-4 and when the Roughs tied it in the sixth, the visitors looked poised to complete the comeback. But Sportz Central
scored five times off the bullpen in the bottom half to take the game. Kyle Gaff started and pitched well in a no-decision despite some subpar defensive play.
Gaff went five innings, scattering seven hits (5 R, 2 ER, 4 BB, 1 K). The Roughriders close out the week with a home date versus Camden tomorrow evening.

HADDONFIELD – The Roughriders' early season pitching struggles continued in a 10-6 loss to Camden on Friday night. Matt DeFrank
started and pitched four solid innings (2 H, 0 R, 4 BB, 3 K), allowing the Roughs to hold a 1-0 lead. That run came off the hot bat of Ryan Easterday, who doubled in
Mark DiArenzo (leadoff single) in the fourth. However, late inning problems continued as Camden tied the game in the fifth without a hit and scored nine times in the sixth to put the game out of reach. Easterday finished
2-3, including his RBI double, a walk and run scored.
