CAMDEN - Carter Fichter earned his first TriCounty win as the Roughriders defeated Camden by a score of 6-4. The visitors
scored five times in the first inning, highlighted by Zach Welsher’s two-out, two-run single. John Tedeschi singled in Jack Parkinson to increase the lead to 6-0
in the fourth. Making his second start of the season, Fichter cruised through five innings, allowing two hits and one earned run (2 BB, 6 K). Drew Dark pitched
the seventh to earn the save, including a strikeout with the bases loaded to end the game.

MOORESTOWN- The Roughriders defeated Maple Shade 4-3, with Zach Welsher pitching and hitting the team to victory on Friday night.
The right-hander earned his first win of the season, tossing a complete game with 11 strikeouts (5 H, 3 ER, 6 BB). The Roughriders took the early lead when Thomas
Gosse (3-4, 3 RBI) singled to score Mike Wade for a 1-0 lead in the first. Trailing 3-1 in the third, Gosse drove in Tyler Easterday (3-4, 2 R) to close the score
to 3-2. The game stayed that way until the seventh, when the Roughs rallied. Easterday and Drew Dark started the comeback frame with back-to-back singles.
After a Wade sacrifice and intentional walk to John Tedeschi, Gosse picked up his third RBI of the game with a single to tie the game 3-3. Welsher, hitting for
himself, then laced a two-out single to left to give the Roughs the lead. Welsher struck out the side in the seventh to preserve the win.
