HADDONFIELD - The Roughriders dropped their second consecutive game, this time to visiting Cherry Hill, by a score of 7-2.
Trailing 3-0 in the third, Jake Swerdloff doubled home Danny Vazquez to cut the lead to 3-1. In the fourth, Thomas Gosse' singled, stole second, and scored on
a single by Shane Daly to make it 3-2. But Cherry Hill scored twice in the fifth and sixth to break the game open. Drew Dark (2-1) suffered his first loss of the
season (6 IP, 6 ER, 1 BB, 3 K). The Roughriders look to get back on track with a home-and-home series versus CHBR/Third Base beginning on Wednesday.

CHERRY HILL - The Roughriders used a five-run third inning, scoring all their runs with two outs, to defeat CHBR/Third Base by a
score of 5-2. Trailing 2-0, Eric Sabato doubled with two outs in the third. After a walk to Isaiah Ishmail, Thomas Gosse' delivered a two-run double to tie the game
2-2. Jim Bruno's single put runners at the corners before Aiden Nesemeier singled to left to score Gosse' and put the Roughs in front 3-2. Zach Welsher then walked to
load the bases for Mike Shannon, whose single scored both Bruno and Nesemeier for a 5-2 lead. From there, starter Matt Kennedy (4 IP, 3 H, 0 ER, 4 K) and relievers
Welsher (2 IP, 4 K) and Pat Doheny (1 IP, 1 K) shut the door to help the team break its two-game skid.
HADDONFIELD - Mike Shannon tossed five innings of no-hit ball (2 BB, 8 K) before retiring for the evening, and the Roughriders
scored a season-high 13 runs in a rout of CHBR/Third Base. A five-run first inning was highlighted by Aiden Nesemeier's two-run single and Jim Bruno's RBI single.
The Roughs banged out 10 hits for the second time in two nights, two apiece by Bruno, Eric Sabato (2 RBI), Shane Daly (2 RS), and Nate Johnson (2 RBI).

HADDONFIELD - Zach Ringenwald tossed six shutout innings (2 H, 8 K) in the Roughriders' 4-0 win over the Haddonfield
Dawgs. The Roughs jumped out to a quick 1-0 advantage when Eric Sabato singled to lead off the game and advanced to third on a Thomas Gosse' single. Aiden
Nesemeier's sac fly scored Sabato for what would be the game's only run through six innings. In the seventh, Jake Swerdloff and Zach Welsher hit back-to-back doubles to advance
the score to 2-0. After walks to Nasir Jackson and Drew Dark, Nate Johnson smacked a two-run single to make it 4-0. Ringenwald earned his first win in his
first start of the year, allowing just a single in the second and a triple in the fourth. He walked five.
