TABERNACLE – Shane Daly hit the first pitch of the game for a home run and Mike Shannon threw three strong innings to record the
win in the Roughriders' 6-5 victory over Pine Barrens. The Roughs led 6-2 entering the seventh, but needed Pat Doheny to record a three-save out with the bases loaded
to secure the win.
WASHINGTON TWP – The Roughriders led 2-0 after two innings but watched their lead evaporate as the Senators scored seven
runs over the next three innings in a 7-2 defeat. Five walks and three hit batters contributed to the loss in game where the Sens had just one hit. Starter Ryan
Buchter was impressive in his two hitless innings of work (2 BB, 4 K). The Roughs took the early lead on an RBI single from Eric Sabato and a sac fly from
Jim Bruno. Ian Murphy stayed hot with two more hits to lead the team.

BELLMAWR – The Roughriders rallied for four runs in the seventh inning, higlighted by Lloyd McLauglin's game winning
two-out, two-run double, in a dramatic 6-5 win over Bellmawr on Thursday night. McLaughlin finished 4-4 on the evening, with those two big RBI and one run
scored. Things didn't start off well for the Roughs, who trailed 3-0 after just a single inning. Bellmawr would up their lead to 5-1 after five innings, before
the Roughs added a single tally in the sixth and then closed out the game with their furious rally in the seventh. Jim Bruno went 3-4 with a run
scored to contribute to the team's 10-hit attack.
