VINELAND - Garton's scored a run in the bottom of the seventh, without a hit, and defeated the Roughriders 2-1. Pete
Tronosky (3 IP, 4 H, 1 ER) and John DiCostanzo (3 IP, 1 H, 4 K) kept the Roughriders in a tight pitching duel through six innings. Andrew Brown's RBI single
scored Eric Sabato in the fourth inning to tie the game 1-1. But a hit batter and three walks pushed the deciding run across in the seventh for Garton's.
