Game 1 - Semi-Finals
LINDENWOLD - The Roughriders were held to just three hits in a 3-1 loss to Kelly's Investment in the first game of their best-of-three Semi-Final series. Matt Longo gave the Roughs a 1-0 lead with a solo homer in the fourth, but Kelly's tallied two in the bottom half of the fourth to take a 2-1 lead. In the sixth the Roughs made a bid to tie the score with a runner on second and two outs, but a diving catch of Nick Lamonica's flair into right field ended the inning. Tom Ford pitched well in defeat, throwing a complete game, four-hitter. He struck out four and walked three in six innings of work.

Game 2 - Semi-Finals
LINDENWOLD - The Roughriders were eliminated from the 2005 playoffs with a 13-1 defeat to Kelly's on Friday night. Kelly's put this one away early with a seven spot in the third to jump ahead 8-0. Matt Longo again provided all the offense for a second straight night, homering in the third. The Roughs finish the season with an overall record of 14-10-1.
Series Notes:

-Longo homered in both Semi-Final games, capping a fine playoff run. The second baseman finished 4-9 (.444) with five runs scored, five walks, and two RBI in four games

-Roughrider hitters struck out 22 times in the series

-The Roughs are now 1-4 all-time in playoff series versus Kelly's
