Roughriders 1, Deptford 1 (8 innings) July 2, 2007
HADDON TWP - Three pitchers combined on a five-hitter in the Roughriders 1-1 extra-inning tie with Deptford on Monday night. Tom Billek started and allowed only an unearned run over three innings, striking out three. Mark Kraus pitched a scoreless fourth and fifth frame (1 H, 2 K) and Mike Cummings finished out the game (3 IP, 2 H, 0 BB, 5 K). The Roughriders scored their lone run in the first when Mike Carlino tripled to right center with one out. Jim Nastasi's RBI groundout gave the Roughs a 1-0 lead. The Roughriders had their best chance to end the game in the last half of the seventh when Cummings hit a leadoff double and Mike Plakis walked, but the offense was unable to push the winning run across.

DEPTFORD - The game between the Roughriders and Lumber Kings was postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up on Thursday, July 12.
Roughriders 5, Cherry Hill 3 July 6, 2007
HADDON TWP - Rob Schork earned his first victory of the season in a 5-3 win over Cherry Hill here on Friday night. Schork gave up five hits in six innings, fanning eight. With the score 1-0 in the third, Jim Nastasi doubled in Matt Longo (HBP) all the way from first base for a 2-0 lead. Mike Plakis' RBI groundout would eventually score Nastasi to to make it 3-0. RBIs from Phil Arena and Dave Vadurro in the fourth inning built the lead to 5-0. Cherry Hill scored three unearned runs off Schork in the fifth to pull within two, but Schork pitched the sixth and Ryan McNamara (0 H, 2 K) got the last three outs to record the save in his Roughrider debut.
