CHERRY HILL – Drew Dark notched his team-leading fourth win of the season by tossing six scoreless innings in an 8-0 win over
CHBR. Ronny Silvestro and John Tedeschi wrapped RBI singles in the first for a quick 2-0 lead. Mike Byrnes lifted a sacrifice fly in the second to make it 3-0. Byrnes
would knock an RBI double to score two more in the fourth and Jack Parkinson added a run scoring single as well to increase the lead to 6-0. Dark struck out five and
did not walk a batter, allowing seven hits.

HADDONFIELD - The Roughriders set season highs for runs (18) and hits (16) in a drubbing of visiting Seabrook. Brandon Cornelius
hit a three-run homer and drove in six runs to lead a potent offense on this evening. Tom Daly went 3-4, including a double, with two RBI and three runs scored. The
Roughriders close out the regular season by hosting Camden on Friday evening.
HADDONFIELD – Thomas Gosse's two-out, RBI double scored Drew Dark from first base in the bottom of the seventh allowing the Roughriders
to tie Camden 4-4 in the regular season finale for both teams. Trailing 2-1 in the fourth, Dan Brown and Mike Byrnes stroked back-to-back singles.
Kevin Lammers tied the game with an RBI single, and Jack Parkinson’s fielder’s choice groundout put the Roughs out in front 3-2. But Camden scored once in the
sixth and again in the seventh to take the lead before Gosse’s clutch hit tied it. The game was called after seven innings due to darkness, resulting in a point
for each team. The Roughriders finish as the second seed overall in the regular season and will open the playoffs at home against the South Jersey Grizzlies (seven
seed) in a best-of-three series beginning next Monday.
