HADDONFIELD - The Roughrider and Cherry Hill played to a 3-3 extra inning tie on Monday night. The game, a rematch of last
year's Finals, saw the Roughs jump out to a 3-0 after four innings. Already leading 1-0 in the second, Jim Bruno singled and Danny Vazquez followed with a single
to send Bruno to third. The duo then pulled off a perfect double steal, with Bruno crossing home plate to make it 2-0. Rookie Connor Ward's RBI single scored Jack Murphy
in the fourth for that 3-0 lead. But Cherry Hill scored two in the fifth and pushed the tying run across in the seventh with two outs to tie the game. Neither team
was able to score in the extra frame before the game was called due to darkness. Ryan Buchter had another strong showing with four innings of work (2 H, 1 BB, 6 K)
in his third no-decision of the year. The Roughs had 10 hits but would leave 16 runners on base.

Roughriders 2, Wash. Twp. Senators 1
June 22, 2022
HADDONFIELD - The Roughriders rallied for two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning and beat the Washington Township Senators 2-1.
The Senators scored a scratch run off starter Mike Shannon (5 IP, 2 H, 1 ER, 2 BB, 4 K) in the fourth to gain a 1-0 lead. The game stayed that way until the sixth
when Royce Gaudet led off with walk. Shane Daly's bunt single down the third base line for a hit and Lloyd McLauglin's subsequent fielder's choice put runners

the call, Daly raced home with the winnging run. Zach Welsher (2 H, 1 BB, 3 K) earned his second win in relief throwing the final two frames.
