RUNNEMEDE - Ryan Buchter pitched six innings of one-hit ball with 12 strikeouts as the Roughriders defeated the Grizzlies by a score
of 2-0. It was Buchter's first win of the season, after three straight no-decisions. The Roughs plated a run in the third inning on Eric Sabato's two-out RBI single,
scoring Jake Swerdloff (leadoff single). Andrew Brown did the same in the sixth, when his two-out single scored Jim Bruno (leadoff single). John DiCostanzo made
his 2022 debut in the seventh, nailing down the save as the Roughs won their third straight.

BELLMAWR - Runs were plentiful on Thursday night at the Bellmawr Rec Center, with the Roughriders winning their fourth straight
in a 21-8 victory over Bellmawr. The Roughs trailed 3-0 after just half an inning, but grabbed complete control of the game in the third, scoring five runs to build a
7-3 lead. Seven more runs in the fifth followed by another seven in the sixth accounted for all 21 runs, the most scored by a Roughrider team since their 18
runs in a 2006 game. Shane Daly collected two doubles and drove in five runs. Andrew Brown had four hits, while Jim Bruno and
Jack Murphy each had three-hit games. The Roughriders end June in first place, with an overall record of 8-2-1 (18.0 points).
