PITMAN - The Roughriders received a strong pitching performance from Cole Bauman in their 4-2 victory over host Cherry Hill/Pitman on Monday night. Bauman went five innings for the win, giving up just two hits while striking out three. Leading 2-0 in the fourth, the Roughs tacked on. Vinny Panvini walked with one out and Isaiah Ishmail followed with his own a walk to put runners at first and second. That setup Sean Perkins who tripled to left to score Panvini. Evan Carbone's RBI base knock to right would score Perkins for the fourth and final run. Marty Foust recorded the save with two innings of work (1 H, 1 ER, 3 BB).
CHERRY HILL - The Roughriders won their third straight tilt behind a trio of pitchers in a 6-3 triumph over Central division leading CHBR/Third Base. The visitors jumped out 1-0 in the top of the first when Eric Sabato's double scored Jim Bruno for 1-0 lead. Sabato doubled again in the third, this time scoring Shea McKenna to make the score 2-1. In the fifth with the Roughs leading 3-2, Sean Perkins stayed hot and put the game away with a two-out, two-run double to center scoring Sabato and Shane Daly. Three Roughrider pitchers got the team to the finish line, with Thomas Gosse' earning the win, Will Duncan the hold, and Mason Dobbs the save.
CHERRY HILL - CHBR/Third Base avenged their Tuesday night loss with their own 6-3 win over the Roughriders on Thursday evening. Jack Murphy launched his first homer of the year in the bottom of the second for a 1-0 lead. After CHBR/Third Base took a 2-1 lead, the Roughriders tied it in the fourth. Danny Vazquez singled to right with one out and would advance to third on a errant pickoff attempt. Shane Daly's infield single then scored Vazquez to tie the game 2-2. But CHBR scored three in the fifth to take the game and season series (2-1). The Roughriders close out the week with a doubleheader in Camden beginning at 6pm on Friday.

CAMDEN - The Roughriders scored once in the seventh to tie it and once in the ninth to win it in a thrilling 4-3 extra inning win over Camden. With Camden leading 3-2 in the seventh and the Roughs down to their last out, Vinny Panvini singled and stole second. Evan Carbone's infield single to shortstop would score Panvini from second to tie the game 3-3. In the ninth with a runner placed at second, Eric Sabato stole third and Ian Murphy's infield single to second scored Sabato for the 4-3 lead. Mason Dobbs earned the win, throwing four innings of relief (1 H, 4 K). Jack Murphy hit is second homer in as many days, a solo shot in the second.

CAMDEN - Shea McKenna belted a bases clearing triple in the fifth inning that provided the difference in an 8-5 Roughrider win. The victory completed a doubleheader sweep and capped off a 4-1 week. Leading 3-1 in the third, Vinny Panvini two-run single with two outs gave the Roughs a comfortable 5-1 lead. Camden responded with a four spot in the fifth to tie it before McKenna's big blow won it. Pat Doehny picked up the win in relief (1.1 IP, 2 H, 1 K) of Will Johnson and Garnett Gordy. The game was limited to six innings due to curfew.
