Roughriders 19, Golden Nugget 1 (5 inn.) July 13, 2009
HADDONFIELD - The Roughriders rapped out a season high 19 hits in a 19-1 win over Golden Nugget and swept the season series. The Roughs broke things open in the second, scoring seven runs. That inning included run scoring doubles by Dave Vadurro and Mike Cummings along with back-to-back triples from Adriano Petrutz and Mike Carlino. Brian Spicer won his third game versus no losses, recording a complete game effort (5 IP, 3 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 6 K). The game was delayed 22 minutes due to lightening.
Roughriders 4, Deptford 3 July 14, 2009
DEPTFORD - The Roughriders rallied with four runs in the fifth inning for a 4-3 win over Deptford. Mike Reagle picked up his second win of the season, avenging an earlier loss to Deptford back in June. Reagle went six innings, giving up six hits and allowing just two earned runs. He walked none struck out two. Trailing 1-0 in the fifth, the Roughs got an RBI sac fly from Adriano Petrutz to tie the game. Mike Carlino then hit a two-out double scoring Dan Diorio (walk) and Chris Brooks (single) for a 3-1 lead. Andrew Frangos followed with an RBI double making it 4-1. Deptford scored single runs in the fifth and sixth, but Mark Kraus closed out the game with his first save of the year (1 IP, 0 R, 2 BB, 1 K).
Lumber Kings 8, Roughriders 7 July 15, 2009
DEPTFORD - The Roughriders dropped an 8-7 decision to the Lumber Kings, their first win of the 2009 season. Mike Cummings gave the Roughs a 2-0 lead with a two-run homer in the first, and Paul Frail and Phil Arena delivered RBI singles to make it 4-1 in the fourth. But the Lumber Kings countered with a five-run fourth to take a 6-4 lead they would not relinquish.

WEST DEPTFORD - The game between the Roughriders and West Deptford was postponed due to inclement weather. No makeup date has been determined.
Cherry Hill at Roughriders, PPD July 17, 2009
HADDONFIELD - The game between the Roughriders and Cherry Hill was stopped due to rain in the top of the fifth inning, with Cherry Hill leading 3-2. By league rules, the game must be replayed from the beginning. No makeup date has been determined.
