Roughriders 4, CHBR/Third Base 3
July 13, 2021
HADDONFIELD - Lloyd McLaughlin's RBI single in the sixth inning plated Jake Swerdloff with the winning run in the Roughriders' 4-3 win over CHBR/Third Base.
Drew Dark evened his record at 3-3 (5 H, 3 ER, 5 K) in a complete game effort. Trailing 2-0 in the third, Isaiah Ishmail (1-2, RS, 2 RBI, 2 BB) singled with two outs,
scoring Thomas Gosse' (2-3, BB, RS) and McLaughlin (3-4, RS, RBI) to tie the game. Danny Vazquez then singled up the middle to score Ishmail for a short-lived 3-2 lead.
CHBR would tie the game in the fourth at 3-3 before McLaughlin, picked up off waivers on June 30, sent the Roughs home with their third straight one-run victory. Walks to Swerdloff and Eric Sabato set up the game winning hit.

Roughriders 3, Titans Baseball 1
July 15, 2021
HADDONFIELD - Eric Sabato singled in the game winning run in a three-run fifth inning, allowing the Roughriders to defeat Titans
Baseball 3-1 and maintain their hold on second place in TriCounty Baseball. Locked in a pitching duel, the Roughs would rally from a 1-0 deficit in that pivotal fifth. Shane Daly walked and
promptly stole second. Nate Johnson's single put runners at the corners for Drew Dark, who dropped a double down the left field line to score Daly and put
runners at second and third. Sabato's game winner scored Johnson and Jim Bruno's sac fly scored Dark for the final tally. Matt Kennedy went four innings in a no-decision
(2 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 2 K). Zach Welsher won for the second time this season with some tidy relief work (3 IP, 2 H, 0 BB, 2 K).
